Amber Surber, MDFamily Medicine
Dr. Amber Surber received her medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine. Her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and PreMed was earned with Honors from Oklahoma State University. She completed her residency in Family Practice at the University of South Florida in Clearwater, FL and served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Surber worked as a Personal Visiting Physician with Care Level Management in Melbourne, FL. She also worked as Medical Director for Rescare in Tampa, FL and for Highland Pines Nursing Home in Clearwater, FL. Dr. Surber was also a Primary Care Physician with Florida Med Center in Clearwater, FL.
Dr. Surber has completed extensive research in her field and served on the faculty with the University of South Florida School of Medicine and the Turley Family Practice Center USF Family Practice Residency in Clearwater, FL.
A member of the American Association of Family Practice, Dr. Surber also volunteered her time for Hurricane Ivan and Jeanne relief.
Locally, she is a member of the Brevard Community Choir and Suntree United Methodist Choir.
