Cynthia Furlan, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who came to Health First from South Palm Cardiovascular Associates in Delray Beach, Florida, where she was an AGACNP-Interventional Cardiology. Furlan earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Gerontology Acute Care from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Furlan earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico.

Furlan has a state of Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License. She is a Nationally Certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Cardiovascular Care Coordinator, she also was a Chest Pain and Heart Failure Coordinator at Bethesda Hospital in Boynton Beach . Furlan is Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certified. She is a native Spanish speaker, is proficient in English and speaks intermediate Portuguese.
