Danielle Dillon Gannon, APRN-C received her Bachelor’s of Science in Health with a health administration track from the University of North Florida in 2007, nursing degree from Brevard Community College in 2011, and Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2015. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She holds a certification as a progressive care certified nurse (PCCN) by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Prior to joining Dr. Swain at Health First Medical Group, she was a RN at Health First’s Holmes Regional Medical Center. She is a native to the area, born at Cape Canaveral Hospital, and raised in Satellite Beach attending local schools.

Her focus is to identify risk factors to prevent cardiovascular disease/keep disease from getting worse, reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke by managing hypertension and cholesterol, and improve quality of life by reducing symptoms.
