Elena Hamant is a Nurse Practitioner with Health First Medical Group who joined Health First as a critical care nurse in 2007. She also has performed as a faculty nurse educator at Eastern Florida State College and continues as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Central Florida. Hamant is a lifelong Brevard County resident. She earned her Associate in Arts from Brevard Community College. She attended The University of Central Florida where she also earned her bachelor and master’s degrees in nursing. Hamant earned her Family Nurse Practitioner Graduate Certificate from Chamberlain University. She enjoys the outdoors with her family in her spare time boating, fishing, and horse-back riding.

Hamant is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and as a Critical Care Registered Nurse.
