James Lacey, MD, MPH
ENT/OtolaryngologyJames P. Lacey, MD, focuses on the care and management of diseases of the thyroid, parathyroid and sinuses, with an interest in pediatric ENT care, especially sleep-disordered breathing. Dr. Lacey came to Brevard from Enloe Hospital in Chico, California. He served his Otolaryngology Residency at Tulane School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Lacey was a General Surgery Intern at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He also earned his Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine and Master of Public Health in Health Systems Management from Tulane University School of Public Health. Dr. Lacey earned his Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Dr. Lacey is licensed to practice medicine in California. He was a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy and is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. During his medical school residency, Dr. Lacey was a scuba diver and earned his PADI Open Water and Advanced Open Water Certification, and his PADI Rescue Diver Certification.
