Jorge J. Pesquera-Molinaris, MD
NeurohospitalistJorge J. Pesquera-Molinaris, MD, is a board-eligible Neurologist with a subspecialty in stroke (Vascular Neurology). Dr. Pesquera’s career began with his Bachelor in Natural Sciences with a focus in Human Biology from the University of Puerto Rico in Bayamon. He earned his degree in Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. After earning his medical degree, he proceeded to complete his internship and served his neurology residency at Tulane University Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he was appointed as Chief Resident during his last year of residency. After his residency, Dr. Pesquera pursued a subspecialty in stroke by completing a one-year fellowship in vascular neurology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
Dr. Pesquera is fluent in English and Spanish. He enjoys Latin dancing and spending time with family.
