Dr. Kelvin Santos earned his graduate and medical degree from Universidad Tecnologica de Santiago (UTESA) School of Medicine, Santiago Campus, Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic and Universidad Catolica Tecnologica del Cibao (UCATECI) School of Medicine, La Vega, Dominican Republic.
His internship was completed with the University of Central Florida’s College of Medicine Residency Program in Orlando, FL. He is currently completing his residency at the University of Central Florida with an anticipated graduation from the program in August of 2017.

Dr. Santos has teaching experience as a resident instructor with University of Central Florida’s College of Medicine and supervises medical students on rotations. He was also the nominated speaker for the 2015 University of Central Florida College of Medicine Internal Medicine Residency Program Graduation and Awards Ceremony and has been recognized as an exemplary medical student in clinical clerkships in 2014 with UTESA School of Medicine.

Academically, Dr. Santos presented at the 2015 University of Central Florida College of Medicine Quality and Patient Safety Forum on the topic of glycemic control in hospitalized type 2 diabetic patients at Osceola Regional Medical Center.
