Kendra Ruckman, Certified Physician's AssistantPain Management
Kendra Ruckman, PA-C began serving Brevard in October, 2012. She is a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant with 3 years of Urgent Care and Family Practice experience, which involved acute musculoskeletal injuries, joint pain, arthritis, and more. Her skills also include minor surgical procedures, biopsies, trigger point and joint injections and fracture treatment. She is a knowledgeable and caring provider with a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
Kendra started her medical career as a Medical Assistant, and then attended PA school at Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, FL where she earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies. Her practice focus is general Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, which includes fracture and sprain care, muscle and joint injections, and arthritis. She is available to see patients of all ages with any type of joint or muscle pain or acute injury.
She has been NCCPA certified since 2009, is current in BLS and ACLS Certification, and is a member of AAPA (American Academy of Physician Assistants). She maintains high ethical standards with a strong dedication to the well-being of her patients and the success of the practice.
On a personal note, she was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but was raised in Orlando, FL. She moved to Georgia in 2009, and now has moved back to her home state of Florida where she plans on staying. She has been married for 3 years, has a one year old son, and plans on continuing to grow her family here in Melbourne. Kendra grew up playing competitive fast pitch softball as well as volleyball, which sparked her interest in Sports Medicine.
