Lan T. Phan, DO is part of our Health First hospitalist team. Dr. Phan is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and earned her Doctor of Osteopathy at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Missouri. She completed a nephrology fellowship at The Ohio State University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. Dr. Phan earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Missouri in Kansas City where she was named a University of Missouri Scholar.
Dr. Phan is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Internists, the American Society of Nephrology, the American Society of Hypertension, and the National Kidney Foundation. She holds physician’s permissions at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO; HealthPark Medical center in Fort Myers, FL; Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL; and Health First Community Hospitals in Brevard County. She is currently licensed to practice medicine in Florida, Missouri, Georgia and Indiana. Dr. Phan has been actively working as a Locum Hospitalist since 2012.
