Maria Colon-Perez, MD
HospitalistMaria Colon-Perez, MD, is a board-certified hospitalist who came to Health First from her Internal Medicine Residency in Forest Hills, New York. She completed her Internal Medicine and Surgery Clerkship at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Autonóma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico. Colon-Perez earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Microbiology from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico.
Dr. Colon-Perez is licensed to practice medicine in Florida. She is Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support Certified. Colon-Perez is fluent in English and Spanish.
