Michelle Labrunda, MD
HospitalistMichelle LaBrunda, MD is part of our Health First hospitalist team. She is board certified in Internal Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Universidad de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico. Her Masters and Bachelors in Science were both earned in Biology from Portland State University in Portland, OR.
Dr. LaBrunda completed her residency and served as Chief Resident in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center/Cabrini Medical Center. She also completed the 5th Pathway Program at New York Medical College at St. Vincent’s Midtown Medical Center.
Before joining Health First, Dr. LaBrunda worked as a Hospitalist with Sand Lake Hospitalists at Dr. P. Philips Hospital in Orlando, FL and at FHP/Tarecake Asia, Guam Memorial Hospital in Guam, USA.
Dr. LaBrunda is fluent in English and Spanish and is a member of Sigma Xi, the International Society of Infectious Disease, the American Society of Microbiology and the American College of Physicians.
