M. Hassan Pervaiz, MD, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist and co-medical director of Health First’s Structural Heart Program. He has served as an interventional cardiologist and assistant professor of Medicine at West Virginia University – Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia. He served his Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. He completed his Interventional Cardiology and Endovascular Interventions Fellowship at Harvard in Boston, Massachusetts.

After working as an interventional cardiologist for seven years, he completed his Advanced Structural Heart Disease Interventional Fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Pervaiz earned his Doctor of Medicine from King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan.
