Natasha Johnson is a Board-certified Physician Assistant with the Health First Medical Group supporting the Trauma/Acute Care Surgery Team at Health First Holmes Regional Medical Center Trauma Center.
Natasha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the Florida Gulf Coast University in Ft. Myers, FL. While there, she served as Preceptor in Athletic Training. She earned a Master in Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL.

Natasha was awarded an Athletic Scholarship in the field of softball. She was awarded the National Collegiate Athletic Association Academic All-American honor for that sport. She was the recipient of the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship, and was a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society.

Natasha’s professional experience includes serving as a Rehabilitation Technician at Naples Community Hospital in Naples, FL. She assisted Physical Therapists during patient treatment, and performed therapeutic exercises with patients.

She then served as a Certified Athletic Trainer for A. Kagan Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Ft. Myers, FL. Her responsibilities included evaluating new patients in the Physical Therapy office, creating treatment plans and protocols, and communicating with physicians concerning patient progress. She organized and managed an outreach program for the athletic department at the local high school. She examined and treated athletic injuries.

Natasha is a Certified Athletic Trainer and holds certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
