Ross Goodfellow, Doctor Of Osteopathy (DO)Cardiology
Ross Goodfellow, DO is board-certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, Endovascular Medicine and Internal Medicine. His professional interests include interventional and pharmacologic treatment of cardiovascular disease, acute coronary syndrome, and antiplatelet therapy.
Dr. Goodfellow grew up in Staten Island, New York. He earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine from the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He furthered his medical education by completing two fellowships in Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology. He states he became interested in cardiology after his Father had cardiac surgery while he was in college and during medical school, he found cardiology to be a very diverse field, which also had a large variety of subspecialties. As an Interventional Cardiologist, it allows him to have the opportunity to perform challenging and complex procedures which can be life-saving.
Dr. Goodfellow joined Health First Medical Group in 2010 and is a member of the Heart and Vascular Service Line committee, Cardiology Steering Committee and Cath Lab subcommittee at Cape Canaveral Hospital. He is also a member of the Health First Cape Canaveral, Health First Holmes Regional Medical Center, and Health First Viera Hospital medical staff.
