Ryan Wilson, Certified Physician's AssistantTrauma Surgery
Ryan Michael Wilson is the Chief Physician Assistant for the Orthopedic Trauma Group, Trauma Surgery, and Acute Care Surgery teams. He is a Board-certified Physician Assistant within the Health First Medical Group. Prior to joining Health First Medical Group, Ryan was a PA in the area of Orthopedics with Melbourne Internal Medicine Associates, which was acquired by Health First. Ryan served on the Trauma/Critical Care team for Health First Holmes Regional Medical Center’s Trauma Center from 2002 to 2007. He also served as a PA for the Emergency Department at Parrish Medical Center in Titusville.
Ryan earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL.
Ryan holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Fundamental Critical Care Support (FCCS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). He completed AIDS/HIV education and counseling training.
A native of Philadelphia, PA., Ryan, his wife and son live in Melbourne.
