Sarah Kort, APRN is a certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Critical Care Registered Nurse who came to Health First from Athens Pulmonary Critical Care-Sleep Medicine in Athens, Georgia. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University where she was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She earned her associate degree from Indian River State College in Ft. Pierce, Florida where she was on the dean’s list, and became a Registered Nurse.
Kort is a certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Critical Care Registered Nurse in Florida. She is skilled in ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, intubation, central and arterial line placement, ventriculostomy management and assistance with placement, and basic oversight of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). Kort is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
