Sarah Rogers is an advanced registered nurse practitioner at Health First Medical Group with clinical experience in primary care, women’s health and pediatrics.
She earned her Master of Science in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL and her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. She attended Eastern Florida State College, formerly Brevard Community College, in Cocoa, FL and earned an Associate in Arts and an Associate in Science in nursing.

Before arriving at Health First, Rogers worked as a case manager at Parrish Medical Center in Titusville, FL and as a clinic nurse and utilization management coordinator at Children’s Medical Services in Viera, FL.

Rogers has served on the Quality Improvement Committee for the State of Florida’s Department of Health in Children’s Medical Services.
