Sufyan Siddiqui, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who came to Health First from CFP Care Team in Casselberry, Florida. Dr. Siddiqui completed his family medicine residency at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, where he received the Ruthanne Ramsey Humanitarian Award for Outstanding Patient Service and Medical Student Teaching. Dr. Siddiqui earned his Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, where he was the Class Vice President. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from SUNY Buffalo in Buffalo, New York, where he graduated summa cum laude. In addition to practicing evidence-based, holistic, and preventative medicine, Dr. Siddiqui is especially interested in applied clinical nutrition and patient education.

Dr. Siddiqui is licensed to practice medicine in Florida and Colorado. He enjoys writing fiction, reading, spending time with his wife and traveling.
